This contract describes the general terms and conditions (hereinafter the "Terms and Conditions") to which all those persons defined as "User" will be subject, applicable to the use of the products offered through the website https://enature.com.mx (hereinafter the "Website" or the "Site") owned by the commercial company called Vaserco, S. de RL de CV (hereinafter "Enature") with its registered office at Calle San Carlos number 21, Colonia San Juan de Ocotán, Zapopan, Jalisco, CP 45019, a company dedicated to the marketing of natural and organic products with a presence throughout the Mexican Republic.

1. PURPOSE. The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to regulate the commercial relationship between Enature and the User, regarding the sale of products offered and made available for free selection by Users through the Website.

Access to the Site constitutes the User's consent to use the Site, as well as its products and content, without violating current legislation, good faith, or public order. Violations of these Terms and Conditions of Use, or the failure to perform acts by the User that, in Enature's opinion, constitute abusive, harmful, or illegal conduct, will give Enature the right to immediately deny access to the Website and/or the provision of Services to the User. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER YOUR DATA AS A CUSTOMER OR DISTRIBUTOR, AND REFRAIN FROM USING THE SITE.

The User is hereby informed that Enature may administer or manage the Website directly or through a third party, which does not modify in any way the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

2. USER. Use of the Website, as well as the marketing and sale of products, will only be available to those with legal capacity to enter into contracts, acting either personally or through the corresponding guardian or legal representative. If you are using the Website as a legal entity (company or entity), you must be authorized by that entity to carry out transactions on the Website on behalf of said entity.

The User agrees to provide lawful and truthful information on the forms provided on the Website, in which the User is required to provide certain data or information for the marketing of the products offered on the Website. In any case, the User must immediately notify Enature of any event that suggests misuse of the information entered in said forms, such as theft, loss, or unauthorized access to accounts and/or passwords, so that they can be immediately cancelled.

3. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS. Visiting, accessing, participating, providing data, using, and browsing the Site implies that the User has read, understood, consented to, and fully and expressly accepted the Terms and Conditions of Use set forth herein.

4. ACCESS TO AND NAVIGATION ON THE WEBSITE. Enature does not guarantee in any way the continuity and availability of the content and products offered through the Website. However, Enature will take whatever actions, within its capabilities, allow it to maintain the proper functioning of the Website, without incurring any liability on its part.
Likewise, Enature will not be responsible for, nor does it guarantee that, the content or software that may be accessed through the Website is free of errors, malicious software, or that it may cause any damage to the software or hardware of the equipment through which the User accesses the Website.
The User may only use the Website for the marketing of products. Therefore, they agree to refrain from using it for illegal purposes or purposes contrary to the provisions of this contract, which may harm the rights or interests of third parties, or which may in any way damage, cyberattack, disable, and/or hack in order to overload or deteriorate the Website and/or the products. It is the User's responsibility to verify the HTTPS security certificate of the domain https://enature.com.mx to confirm the authenticity of the site they are visiting.

5. PRODUCTS. Product information is available on the Website and is provided in accordance with Chapter III of the Federal Consumer Protection Law.

All reasonable steps will be taken to ensure that the details, descriptions, and images of products appearing on the Website are correct at the time of entry. However, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that such details, descriptions, and images of products are accurate, reliable, complete, or error-free.

6. PURCHASE POLICY.

a) PRICE. All product prices published on the Website are shown in Mexican pesos, the legal currency of the Republic of Mexico, including Value Added Tax (VAT). The prices indicated on the Website or those available through any distribution center at the time of purchase will apply.
The prices shown on the Website may vary due to promotions or discounts that Enature determines from time to time.

b) PAYMENT. For purchases on the Website, payment will be made at the end of the product selection process, following the instructions provided on the Website. Payment will be made using the following methods: bank card, PayPal, SPEI transfer, Mercado Pago, or deposit at a bank teller. For physical purchases, payment must be made at the time of purchase, either in cash or by bank card. If the User requires an invoice, they must request it by email at hola@enature.com.mx.

c) DELIVERY. The estimated delivery time is 15 business days, counted from the date of online purchase. Upon purchase through the Website, Enature will send a confirmation email to the User, providing a tracking number for the shipment and the designated carrier.
The product will be delivered to the address established by the User for this purpose and cannot be modified once the purchase has been made.

d) RETURNS. The User has a period of 15 calendar days, counting from receipt of the product, to return it to Enature in the event of dissatisfaction. After this period, the User will be deemed to have expressed their complete satisfaction with the purchase and may not request a refund.
For returns within the established period, the product must be in perfect condition, with its label and packaging. Damaged products are not eligible for a refund.

e) RETURN PROCEDURE. To request a product return, the User must submit their request through the Website, including their contact information, a brief description of their case, the receipt or proof of payment, and a bank account number to process the refund. Once the request is submitted, an ID will be generated for the returned package, which can be tracked if necessary. The User must cover the return shipping costs. After verifying the information, Enature will send the User an email to notify them of the approval or rejection of their refund. If approved, Enature will have 15 calendar days to process the refund to the bank account indicated by the User. For the return of damaged products (broken or cracked parts), the User must follow the same guidelines, and Enature must replace the damaged product with a new one with the same characteristics (delivery time may vary depending on stock availability).

The User must not return the product until they have received express authorization from Enature. It is understood that if they do so without prior authorization, it will be at their own risk, and Enature is not liable for any damages or losses this may cause to the User.

f) FORTUITOUS EVENT AND FORCE MAJEURE. If Enature is unable to deliver the product to the User within the established period due to any unforeseen event or force majeure beyond its control, this will not be deemed a breach of contract, and it will therefore not be liable for any damages arising from such an event.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. Under no circumstances shall Enature be liable for any direct, indirect, unforeseen, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from any aspect of the User's use of the Website, whether such damages arise from the use or misuse of the platform, or from the inability to use it, or from the interruption, suspension, modification, alteration, or cancellation of the Site.

8. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION NOTICE. In accordance with Mexican law, Enature undertakes to adopt the necessary measures within its reach to ensure the privacy of the personal data collected, thereby guaranteeing its security and preventing its alteration, loss, or unauthorized processing.

The User freely and expressly accepts and consents that the information, documentation, and personal data (the "Personal Data") provided or voluntarily provided in the future to Enature through the Website will be processed and incorporated into a database under Enature's responsibility, for the purpose of adequately providing the Services offered through the Website. The processing of personal data will be based on the provisions of Enature's Comprehensive Privacy Notice, which is available on the Website.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. Enature owns all industrial property rights of the Website, including the source code, distinctive signs, graphics, images, audio or video files, logos, trademarks, color combinations, structures, designs, and other elements that distinguish the brand and its products. These rights are therefore protected by the Federal Law for the Protection of Industrial Property and its regulations. Users are strictly prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or disseminating the contents of the Website without Enature's prior written authorization.

The User shall refrain from deleting, altering, or manipulating any file, element, or content of the Website, as well as from making changes that may violate the security of the protected files or databases.

The User acknowledges that use of the Website is for personal use only and does not grant them ownership or any rights to the intellectual property. Therefore, Enature reserves the right to block, suspend, and/or deny access to any User's Account or prohibit them from accessing the Website and its content if Enature deems, in its sole discretion, that the User is in violation of these Terms and Conditions and/or misusing the Website.

10. SEVERABILITY. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful or void, that provision shall be severable from this instrument and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
Enature's failure to bring any action against the User for any breach of these Terms and Conditions does not imply Enature's waiver of any right to take any legal action at any time, nor its acceptance of such breach.

11. INDEMNIFICATION. In addition to any other indemnification applicable under these Terms and Conditions or by law, the User agrees to indemnify, defend, hold harmless, and hold harmless Enature and any Enature-related party from and against any and all claims, liabilities, expenses, and damages, including attorneys' fees and costs, made by third parties related to: (a) the use or attempted use of the Platform in violation of these Terms and Conditions; and (b) the User's violation of any law or the rights of a third party during their use of the Website.

12. MODIFICATIONS. Enature reserves the right to make modifications or updates to these Terms and Conditions at any time, in response to internal policies or new requirements for the provision or offering of its products and services, or due to business practices. Therefore, it is the User's obligation to periodically review these Terms and Conditions.

13. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Mexican law. The User and Enature agree that should any controversy, dispute, or conflict arise related to these Terms and Conditions, the parties shall submit to the jurisdiction of the competent Courts and Tribunals of the First Judicial District of the State of Jalisco.
